About these Rafiks:
Upperline Rafiks were the original Rafik Boot. These are made with navy leather and feature orange piping and an orange X.
Turkish Modern pioneered the Rafik Boot. Lined with soft natural wool, it is the cosiest of all the Rafiks--perfect for Fall, Winter, and Spring (and perhaps summer in San Francisco).
Sizing
If you have never tried on Rafiks before and you're unsure about which size Rafik is right for you, please consult the sizing guide included in this Rafik's image gallery.
We gave Rafiks a narrow toebox (front of the shoe). This was done because the leathers we use stretch over time. It is normal, even preferable, for your Rafiks to feel somewhat tight when you first wear them. Rafik Boots are a little roomier inside than our classic Rafiks so that they may better accommodate thick socks.
If you're unsure about what size you should purchase, please include your foot measurement, as well as the size loafer or slip-on you usually wear in the "Add note to seller" section at checkout.

Exchanges/Returns
In Europe we process exchanges and returns through Paris and Istanbul. In the United States we process them through San Francisco. Returns are only accepted if the shoes have not been worn. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping in both cases.
