We do our best to ensure that you get the right size shoe when you order Rafiks, but sometimes exchanges are necessary.
In Europe we process exchanges through Paris and Istanbul. In the United States we process them through San Francisco.
Exchanges are only accepted where the product is returned unused/unworn--i.e. in pristine condition.
We usually ask that the customer pay the cost of the Rafiks' return shipment, whereas we will pay the cost of shipping its replacement.
We also accept returns, but you must return your unworn Rafiks within 15 days of delivery.
Unfortunately we cannot exchange or accept the return of custom orders.
